Mr. Latimer spent the spring of 1S97 in the RI■ and was In Germany and England in the pummer, returning to America in August, and bringing with him a number of water colora and studies in black and white that reproduced the atmosphere, color and individual characteris-tics of the places and péople represented iii a atrong, real and yet Ideal way. Mr. Lathner's old home is in Baltimore and he expects to flnd in America his future field of work.
