Lecture By Prof. Wenley

Prof. R. M. Wenley, of the chair of philosophy at the state unlversity, will lecture on Burns at the Ladies' Literary Club Tuesday evening. The Ladies' Literary Club took advantage of a suggestion of the Hon. Roger W. Butterfield, and yesteday voted to invite the noted philosopher to lecture here. Prof. Wenley lately came from. Edinburgh to Ann Arbor, and the Hon. Roger W. Butterfleld of this city, one of the regents of the University, wishing to introduce Prof. Wenley in western Michigan, put the ladies of the L,. L. C. on nis track. The professor will appear at Grand Haven and will include Grand Rapids in the same trip. The lecture will be free.- Grand Rapids Herald.
