Philadelphia, Pa., Feb. 15.- Fifteen steamships are now in port, loading or waiting their turn to load the grain that is coming to the city fram the west in great quantites. Their aggregate carrying capacity amounts to over 3,000,000 bushels and all the grain elevators at Port Richmond, Washington avenue and Girard point are kept busy in meeting this heavy rush upon them.
