Have Reached An Agreement

St. Louis, Mo., Feb. 15. - No application was made today to Judge Sanborn of the United States circuit court by the government for a postponement of the Kansas Pacific sale. An agreement has been reached between the government representatlves and the reorganization committee of the Union Pacific wbereby the amount due the former will be paid.
