San Francisco, Feb. 12.- A special from San José de Guatemala says civil strife and bloodshed have followed tna j killing of Barrios. Before the body of the late ruler had found sepulcher the factions were flying at each other's throats and as a result Gen. Marroquin, the chief supporter of Prospero Morales, one of the aspirante to the presidency, is dead and his forces are seeking safety in flight. The populace and soldiers demand that Gen. Mendizabai be proclaimed president. The situatlon is becoming more complioated and the crisis is acute.
