Lanslng, Mich, Maren 24.- ExTGovernor John T. Rich arrived in Lansing night on the evening train from Detroit. He was driven at once to the residenee of R. H. Marsh on Grand street, whers he held a conference with Speakei Gordon, and Reps. Adams, Bates, Kelley, Bemis, Foote, l'e ■ ■ and Sawyer. Rep.
