Mike Lehman, nL Ann Arbor, one of the best Scotch lawyers ever bom in Gernrany, has begun suit in the circuit omirt over in Washtenaw, against the Toledo Ice company, for $10,000 damag-es, by reason oí the death of Albert Morey, which came from the collapse ot the conipany's building at Whltmore Lake. An ice suit isn't alw.iys a ntce suit and the company gets but cold comfort out of it.
