Du Bose Makes A Statement

Washington, April 7. - Señor Dn Bosc, late charge d'affaires of Spain, who was in charge during the critical period following the Maine disaster, has authorized the following statement: "The report of the Spanish commission which investigated the Maine disaster has not yet had time to reach Madrid from Havana. Notwithstanding this, the Spanish government ia ready to submit the evidence of both sides to the impartial judgment of the .expsrt opinión of the maritime nationt of the world."
