Tichborne Claimant Is Dead

Lundon, April 2.- Arthur Orton. the Hcii borne claimant, died of syncope ycsterday evening. Roger Charles "ichborne was bom Jan. 5, 1829. He was the presumptive lieir to the Tichoorne estates in England, and was drowned at sea in 1854, while sailing Erom Rio de Janeiro to New York. A famous trial for the recovery of the estates by Arthur Orton, the Tichborne olaimant, was decided against Orton in 1872. Orfon was tried for perjury in 187R-4" hui Imprisoned for ten years.
