For A Monument To Lincoln

Washington, March 21.- A memorial from the Illinois legislature asking fethe erection of a monument to Abraham Lincoln was introduced in the house Friday by Congressman Belknap. Also a petition from the people of Illinois asking for the establishment of a national park at Vicksburg, Miss.
