With Brick

At the council meeting last night it was flnally decided to pave Main si. with brick. The petition for asphalt only secured six signers among the numerous property owners of the five b'oeks which are to be paved. It was. also deeided to nclude the block between Láberty and Williams In the paving district. There was a hot fight on this point, there being but 18 feet majority in the block in favor of paving. Wm. Clancy was awerded the contract.
