STATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw, ss- At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Waphtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Ar bor, on Tuesday, the 12th day of April in the yearone thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight. Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, .Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte oí Mar y Watson. deceased. On readiug the petition duly verified, of John L. Dufl'y praying that that a certaln instrument now o ille in this Court, purporting to be the last, will and testament of said deceased may be admitted to probate and that inistration of said estáte may be granted to himself or to somo other suitable person.
