Dr. Vaughan's Threat

Dr. V. C. Vaughan, dean of the medical department, gave the sophomore medies a 10-minutes' talk on decency and manhood Wednesday. He referred to the fact that a few medies hypocritically dropped unsigned subscription slips in the collection taken up for Major Nanerede's horse Monday and other ungentlemanly acts, and said that if any students should be caught in any such conduet, they would disappear from the department within 24 hours.
