Washington, June 29.- Orders have been issued for the immediate sailing of another large expedition to re-enforce Gen. Shafter. The soldiers will Bail from Tampa and will include about 9,000 men. It is understood they will be taken from Gen. Snyder's Second división of the Fourth army corps. Eight transporta will carry the expedition, which will first go to Key West, where it will be joined by a strong naval convoy and proceed to Santiago. SAYS SPANIARDS WIIX ATTACK. London Correspondent Hears Aggressive .. Action Is Contemplated. London, June 29. - The Madrid correspondent of the Daily Mail sent the following dispatch yesterday: "The minister of war, Gen. Correa, expects the first Spanish re-enforcements to reach Santiago tomorrw. The report is confirmed that the Spanish troops at Guantanamo are marching to attack the American rear guard there. There is also a movement of other troops throughout the whole of oastern Cuba in order to carry out a concerted plan of action. "It seems also to be the general belief that Admiral Cervera's squadron tvill act on the aggressive during the coming attack on Santiago. The gove.rnor of Santiago, it is asserted, haa in ampie suppry of provisions, rnuni':ions and coal." The Madrid correspondent of the Times says: Gen. Blanco has sent a ,rge body of troops toward Guantanimo to oppose the expected advance of the Americans from that point. The sending of a squadron to bombard Spanish coast cities might lead to the most serious consequences. The threat of sending a squadron to Spain has already resulted in an exchange of views by the powers. London, June 29.- The United States embassy has reports from several sources that Spain has purchased the powerful Chilean armored cruiser O'Higgins, last heard from at the Cape Verde islands, where a transport with Spanish soldiers on, board is sa'd to have gone to take her over. Declares a New Blockade. Washington, June 29.- The president has issued a proclamation extending the blockade of Cuba to the southern oast from Cape Francés to Cape Cruz, inclusive, and also blockading San Juan, Porto Rico.
