DRAIN CONTRACT. ,,. ,.Notlce.'s Hereby Oiven, That I, D. W. Barry, Oounty Drain Commissioner in the County of Washtenaw, State o Michigan, will, on the 2nd day of August A. D. 1898, at the lower end of Drain in the township of Freedom, at ten o'clock v ui ri?,noLn ■ Í, .?' Vcecá, t? reoeive bids for the deepening of a certain Drain known and designated as " The Keobbe Tile Dram, located and estabhshed in the said Township of Freedom. and described as follows, to wit. Commenc ín? t,'y . ? ? f ÍuarteF P08? between Section 26 and 27 and rnnning thence north 28 3C west 830 feet, thence north n o i a 7f fet, and thence termmating. Said drain is to be laid with eight inch sewer tile the whole length, average depth 9 3-10 feet, and 15 feet is taken on each side of the center line of the said drain to deposit excavations and convenience in diggmg. Said job will be let in one section, inaccordance with the diagram now on file with the other papers pertaining to said drain m the office of the County Dram Commissioner to which reference may be had by all parties interested, and bids will be made and received according y. Contracts will be made with the lowest responsible bidder giving adequat security for the performance of the work, m a sum then and there to be fixed by me, reserving to rnyself the right to rejec any and all bids The date for the completion of such contract, and the terms of payment therefor, shall be announced at the time and place of letting. Nolice is Further Hereby Olven, That at the time and place of said letting, or at such other time and place there af ter to whichl, the County Drain Commissioner aforesaid, may adjourn the same, the assessments for benefits and the land oomprised within the "Keobbe Tile Drain Special Assessment District," will be subject to review for one day, from nin o'clock in the forenoon until five o'clock in the afternoon. The following is a deseription of the several tracts or pareéis of land constituting the Special Assessment District of said Drain, viz: The east half of northeast quarter Section 27. Northwest quarter Sectiou 20. North three-quarters east half o southeast quarter Section 27. Northwest quarter of Southwest quarter Section 26. Northeast quarter of southwest quarte bection 26. And also the I ownship of Preedom at large. Now therefore, All owners and persons interested in the above described lands, and you, Bernard Koebbe, Frank Koebbe John Kenz, A. Kramer, Jr., are hereby notified that at the time and place aforesaid or at such other time and place there af ter to whioh said hearing may be adjourned. I shall proceed to reoeive bids for the construction of said Koebbe tile drain m the manner herem befored stated, and also at such time of letting from nine o'clock in the forenoon to five o'clock in th afternoon the assessment for benefits and the lands comprised within the Koebbe Tile Drain Special Assessment Distric will be subject to review, and you, and each of you, owners and persons interested in the aforesaid lands are hereby cited to appear at the time and place of said letting as aforesaid and be heard in respect to such special assessments and your in terests in relation thereto ïf you so desire.
