On reading and filing the petition, uly verified, of Leonhard Gruner, raying that he may be licensed to sell he real estáte whereof said deceased ied seized. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday, he 19th day of July next, at ten o'clock n the forenoon, be assigned for the ïearing of said petition, and that the eirs-at-law of said deceased, and all ther persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of aid court, then to be holden at the tóbate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, ■why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted: And it is further ordered, that said jetitioner give notice to the persons in;erested in said estáte, of the pendency f said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Demorat, a newspaper printed and circulatng insaid county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of John W. Eisle deceased M. J. Oavanaugh the administrator of said estáte, comes into court and representa that he is now prepared to render his final account as such administrator. Thereupon it is ordered, That Tuesday, the 5th day of Jnly next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the examining and allowing sech account, and the heirs at law of said deceased, and all pther persons interested in said estáte, are required to ap)ear at asession of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Aun Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed.
