Seattle, Wash., Oct. 3.- The steam schooner Discovery arrived at midnight from Alaska with 100 passengers and about $50,000 in gold dust. The treasure was owned by a few men. A. Heilworth is credited with $15,000; George MeCord, $10,000, and Dan McDonald, a brother of Alexander McDonald, the mining king, is said to have brought out $10,000.
