Eight hours' sleep. Sleep on your right side. Keep your bed room windziw open all ight. Have a mat to your bed room door. Do not have your bed staad ag-ainst he wall. No cold tub in the morning, but a bath at the temperature oL the body. Bxercise bef ore breakfast. Eat little meat and see that it is well ooked. For adults - Drink no milk. Eat plenty of fruit to feed the cells which destroy disease germs. Live in the country if you can. Watch the three D's- drinking water, damp and drains. Have change of occupation. Take frequent and short holidays. Limit your ambition, anl keep your emper.
