The path of duty in this workl is tho road of salvation in the next. Happy is he who fears God in the prime of life. Who is powêïf ui ? He who can control his passions. This is the penalty of the Har, he is not believed when he tells the truth. lt is a sin to deceive thy f ellow-man, be he Jew or Gentile. Be the first to hold oit the hand of peace. Improve thyself, then try to improve others. Beautiful are the admonitions of hini whose life accoids with his teachinga. The wicked, whilst alive, is like dead ; the righteous af ter death is still alive.
