Eose of Sharon, Truenan B. Goodapeed of Superior and Edward Treadwell of thia city, have this week been engaged in partitioning the Sturms Kimberly estáte located in "Webster, valued at about $16,000. This important and delicate trust committed to the care of these gentlemen by Judge Harriman, falla to the lot of three careful busines3 men whose final judgment will be doubtless received without queation, as no better men for the purpose could be found in Washtenaw County.
