Thomas Eogers recovers default judgment of 118.75 against G. W. and G. Z. Allen; Thomas Hogers recovers default judgment of $233.02 against G. Z. Allen, Wm. E. Compton and G. W. Allen: Geo. D. Cleveland vs. Sarah J. Wines. Over the term. Saturday, Nov. 22. Charles E. and Levi S. Freeman vs. Chas. F. Conrad. Plaintiff recovers judgment in $68 and costs. Catherine Byan vs. Thomas Preston. Action grew out of replevin of property by plaintiff, who recovers 6 cents damEdward Dunscombe and James E. Seaver vs. Martha A. and Oliver Hamburger.
