Prof. T. V. Wilson of Cinoirsnati successor to Prof. Gatehell wao ■sorenaded Monday evening, the city band being engaged for the occasion. - ïhursttay night tho alumni of the UniverBity of Michigan residiug in Port Huron dined with Maj. W. C. Eausom, of the claas of 1848, and a thoroughly enjoyable time is xeported. There are about twenty graduates of the Univarsity who make this city theii home, and it is propoaed to hold these entertainment in the future.
