-Dr. II. C.Allen, of Detroit, has been sslected as a lecturer on diseases of women and children in the Homeopathie Medical College. This appoifttment is made without expense to the University . Sixty-five patients were treated at the homeopatie hospital and clinic last week. The faculty furnish the information that several important plans are on foot in different towns for the maintiiiiiinji of free beds in this hospital. -All the beds in the university hosptal (regular) have been occupied during the past weck, and there is no room in the building for more beds. The cases are almost without exception of a eritical and instructive character, and several tiours of eaeh day are spent among the patients by the faculty and üieir staff of assistants. Advice or treatment has been afforded to patiënte by the different members of the hospital corps four hun lied and fifty times during the week ending Saturday, April 3. This statement in regard to the regular hospital and the work done there will stand the test of the strictest investigation.
