Question arising over admi ssion of cou testing delegation f rom Webster, on motion of Judge Beakes, Mr. Devine was, as well as Mr. Michael Duffy admitted, in the interest of harmony. F. J. Judge Beakes was called to the chair by chairman Grase who introduced the name of W. D. Harriman to the convention as candidate for Judge of Probate, and Mr.IIarriman was nominated by acclamation.
