Eaton Mii.ls, Sept, 20. -Charles Cook and Robert Wilson visited Detroit and the state fair last weck. -School meeting passed off quietly. J. 11. Sherman the grocer, was elected moderator. -We are glatlto welcóme S. L. ltamsdell back to tiis old place as pastor anotlier year. -James Rust while ditclnng to-day found and picked some very nice red raspberries. - rr. Robison, an elderly gentleman im.. „thwpst of Rawsonville, was buried yesterday. -Mrs. Griffin and her little granddaughtei of Saline, has lately been visiüngold friendsand neighbors inthis neighborhood. -Mrs. Mary Gotts near Paint Creek, bas been quite seriously ill. Mrs. John Roberts of this place has been having dlphtheria. We are glad to hear that she is better ; she bas had a hard experience with.the dread disease.
