Scio, Oct. 5. - B. W. J. Haylow of this place former ly night operator at Delhi and now a Detroit Junction has received an ad vanee of wagea and a free pass to am from Detroit daily in consequence o his being about to accept the positioi of assistent train dispatcher on anothe road.
