Foster. On criminal claims: Wm. Dansingburg, John L. Bmitji, Jas. M. Kress. On civil claims: Freeman P. üalpin, James H. Lyman, George II. Rhodes. To settle with county officers: Lee Yost, David G. Rose, Thos I). Lane. On salaries of county officers: Alonzo Olsaver, M. L. Sliutts, A. A. Gregory. On apportionmentof state and county taxes: Conrad Krapf, Edwin W. V allace, Wm. E. Depew.
