I" the event of the death of ,,'is Bon during widowhood of hiamother l,is heira to succeed to his Interest m thegtfthereby made includingthe remainder after tlie interest of the said Francés Augusta shall cease. and that they shall take in the proportions then aUowed to heirs-at-law by atatute. 3 His son is ordered to pay to eacn of his sisters, Helen, Trances, Hamel, and Emily, $4000 in annnal payments of $500. deductions to be made of advancea by father or son or both. 4 The gift hereby made is in lieu of whatshe would be entitled by law, had no will been made. But if she elects to take under the law instead of nnder the will, the entire property to go tothe son, subject to liis mother's legal rignts. 5 If hls wife elects and re-mames, the son is enjoined to make suitaole provisión for lier. 6 VVUliam P.
