On motion of Mr. Graves, tbe report of the superintendente of the poor, was made the special order for Monday next at 2 o'clock p. m. Mr. Purtell moved that the eotinty treasurer be rcqncsled to report his receiptsof fine moneyby items, ('arried. Ou motion of Mr. "Rose, tbe elerk was instructed to tiotify the superintendente of the poor, that the Board would hear tlmir report next Monday at 2 o'clock P. M. Mr. Smith presented the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolved, That the constables and deputy shcriffs hereaf ter presenting bilis for allowanoe to the committee on criminal claims, be required to state the title of the snit in which the expense was incuned, and the name of the justice before wnom tried. On motion of Mr. "Rose, the report ■was accepted and adopted, except as to the reconimemhition above mentioned. Mr. Yost moved that S100 be allowed Mrs. McDowell for extra labor at the county house.
