Office of the Washtenaw Mutual Fire Insurance Company.

Ann Arbor. Mich., Dec. 23, 1901.

The annual meeting of the Washtenaw MutuaI Fire Insurance Company will be held in the office of the company (Court House) Ann Arbor city, Michigan, on Wednesday, January 8, 1902, at 10 o'clock a. m., (standard time) for the purpose of electing, for two years, three directors, in the place of Fred B. Braun, William K. Childs and John H. Wade, for the election of three Auditors for one year in the place of H. W. Bassett, A. W. Chapman and Philip Duffy, all of whose terms of office will then expire; to hear the report of the company for the year ending Dec 31, 1901; and to transact such other business as may properly come before such meeting. --WM. K.
