Delhi Mills, Mich., Jan. 21 - Mrs. Nellie Downer went to Grass Lake Saturday to visit her mother, Mrs. Cavanaugh.

Miss Lillian Abele has returned from an extended visit in Jackson.

Mrs. F. Litchfield, who has been on the sick list, has recovered.

Mrs. Isa Downer, of Chelsea, is visiting her son, Will Downer.

Bert Hadley, of Unadilla, visited at Frank Leslie's last week. He came to attend the Baccus-Taylor nuptials.

The Ladies' Missionary society will meet on Thursday morning at Mrs. Litchfield's.

A social for the benefit of the German Lutheran church of Dexter will be held at Fred Straehle's on Friday evening, Jan. 24.

Miss Lois Voorhes, of the Cleary business college, Ypsilanti, spent Saturday and Sunday with her aunt, Mrs. Henry Davis.

Miss Lelia Groat, who has been visiting Miss Rosa Marsh has returned to her home in Ann Arbor.
