Tommy Hession was bound over to the circuit court Wednesday on a charge of larceny from the person. He was not able to furnish bail.

Wilber Hughes, the colored halfback, has been released on bail. His trial will occur Saturday.

The case against Vet Armstrong for carrying concealed weapons has been dismissed upon payment of costs.
