Estate of Mary A. Richmond.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw, ss.  At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on the 26th day of December in the year one thousand nine hundred and one.

Present Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Probate.

In the matter of the estate of Mary A Richmond, deceased.

On reading and filing the petition duly verified, of Densmore Cramer, praying that he may be licensed to borrow money by a mortgage on the real estate of said deceased.

It is ordered, that the 20th day of January next, at two o'clock in the afternoon at said Probate Office be appointed for hearing said petition.

And it is further ordered, that a copy of this order be published three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Ann Arbor Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county of Washtenaw. --W.
