CHANCERY SALE.

In pursuance and by virtue of a decree of the Circuit court for the county of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, in Chancery, made and entered on the 21st day of October, 1901, in a certain cause therein pending, wherein Frederick Schmid, surviving partner, is complainant, and Augustus M. O'Dell, Susan O'Dell and Isabella S. Gurein are defendants.

Notice is hereby given that I shall sell at public auction to the highest bidder, at the south front entrance to the court house in the city of Ann Arbor, county of Washtenaw, and State of Michigan (that being the building in which the Circuit court for the county of Washtenaw is held), on Wednesday; the 19th day of March, 1902, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of said day, the following described property, viz:  All that certain piece or parcel of land situated in the township of Salem in the county of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, known, bounded and described as follows, to-vt:  The southeast quarter of section number twenty-five (25), in Town One South, range seven east, State of Michigan.  Always excepting therefrom the north forty acres thereof.
