The Order In The Starkweather Case

Judge Watkins yesterday entered upon an order in the matter of petition for the removal of Robert W. Hemphill as executor of the Mary Ann Starkweather estate. It is as follows:

"I find that only a small percentage of the entire interests are represented by petitioners and that the petitioners do not want the estate closed at once as suggested and tendered by the executor in open court.  It further appears that the executor is not charged with having mismanaged or wasted said estate. It is therefore ordered that said petition be denied and dismissed."
