CHARLES J. JOHNSON APPOINTED RECEIVER
OF THE ANN ARBOR PRINTING CO. WITH $15,000 BONDS
Outside Creditors Reserve Power to Throw Concern Into Bankruptcy Court
Chas. J. Johnson, who has been connected with the John F. Eby Co. printing firm, of Detroit, was appointed receiver ad litem Tuesday of the Ann Arbor Printing Co., and will assume charge of the concern. His bonds were fixed at $15,000.
There was no opposition to the appointment and the suggestion of the name of Mr. Johnson came from outside creditors who reserve the power to throw the concern into the United States court of bankruptcy. As long as the matters here proceed satisfactory as if the final orders of distribution of assets is satisfactory, no bankruptcy proceedings will be instituted.
