Cambridge Belle, a well known trotting mare, and Frank Neeley, a well known Brooklyn horseman, her owner and driver were  in coIlision with a Francis street car at 4 o'clock this afternoon. Neeley heard the car coming up behind him and endeavored to turn into a side street, but the mare, becoming fractious, reared on to the track in front of the car. Horse and man were thrown by the car. The mare finally ran away and Neeley had three ribs and right arm broken. The horse sustained some severe cuts, bus was not  seriously injured.
