Manchester, Mich., March 17-Raynor Haeussler, of the U. of M., visited his parents Saturday.

L.W. Kimball, of Clinton, was in town on business Saturday.

Arthur Jacquemain returned from Jackson Friday, accompanied by his little nephew, Gordon Miles, who will remain here for a few days. 

Miss Cora Bailey spent Saturday and Sunday in Jackson.

The horses brought her from Chicago by Lowery and Kuebler were sold at auction Saturday afternoon. The sale was largely attended and all of the horses were sold, bringing good prices. 

Mr. and Mrs. J. Fred Schaible are the proud parents of twin girls, born Saturday, March 15.

The many friends of Mrs. Lizzie Amsden, of Brooklyn were grieved to learn Saturday that she was dangerously ill with pneumonia. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs W. S. Culver, who were spending the winter in California were at once called home. Her speedy recovery is eagerly hoped for. 

Miss Leila Kimble returned to her home in Norvell after a two weeks' sojourn here with relative.
