EACH GOT OUT AN INJUNCTION
Albert E. Reynolds and James W. Reed, the State street billiard hall men, are in a peck of trouble. Each seems afraid the other is going to get the best of a dissolution of partnership. Reynolds chalked up his cue and made a carom into the circuit court with a bill of complaint and secured an injunction restraining Reid from disposing of the property. Then Reid made a follow shot and filed a cross bill and got out a like injunction against Reynolds.
