In the matter of the estate of Christian Brenner, deceased.

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an order granted to the undersigned, administrator of the estate of said deceased by the Hon. Judge of Probate for the County of Washtenaw, on the twenty-sixth day of February, A. D. 1902, there will be sold at Public Vendue, to the highest bidder, at the east door of the Court House in the City of Ann Arbor, in the County of Washtenaw, in said State on Monday, the fourteenth day of April, A. D. 1902, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of that day (subject to all encumbrances by mortgage or otherwise existing at the time of the death of said deceased the following described in real estate, to wit: Lot number one, in block number one north of Huron street, in range number two east, according to the recorded plat of the village (now city) of Ann Arbor, in the County of Washtenaw and State of Michigan.
