Estate of Emory Wilbur Snell

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw ss. At a session of the Probate Court for said County of Washtenaw, held at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on the 5th day of March, in the year one thousand nine hundred and two.

Present, Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Probate.

In the matter of the estate of Emory Wilbur Snell deceased.

On reading and filing the petition, duly verified of Victoria T. Snell praying that a certain instrument now on file in this Court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased may be admitted to probate and administration of said estate granted to the petitioner, the executrix in said will named, and that appraisers and commissioners be appointed.

It is ordered, that the 5th day of April next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at said Probate Office be appointed for hearing said petition.

And it is further ordered, that a copy of this order be published three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county of Washtenaw.
