Mrs. Harrison Will Sue
Letters of administration have been asked for by Mrs. J. Herbert Harrison, widow of the D., Y., A. A. & J. railroad motineer. who lost his life a few weeks ago while coming in contact with an electric current while at work on the top of his car. As soon as the administrator is appointed and the estate of the deceased is settled through the proper legal channels, A. J. Sawyer, the attorney for Mrs. Harrison, says that suit will at once be brought against the road for damages.
It is the prevalent opinion among those who are best informed of the circumstances attending Harrison's death, that his widow has everything in her favor in the suit that will be brought to recover from the D., Y., A. A. & J. company.
