STATE OF MICHIGAN,

COUNTY OF WASHTENAW

At a session of the Probate Court for said County of Washtenaw, held at the Probate office in the City of Ann Arbor, on the 17th day of April, in the year one thousand nine hundred and two.

Present. Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Probate.

In the matter of the estate of Albert T. Mason, deceased.

Mary C. Whiting, executrix of the will of said deceased, has rendered to this court her final administration account and prays the same may be examined and allowed. Decree of assignment of the residue of estate to follow allowance of final account.

It Is ordered, that the 17th day of May next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at said Probate Office be appointed for examining said account.

And it is further ordered, that a copy of this order be published three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said County of Washtenaw.

At a session of the Probate Court for said County, held at the Probate office in the City of Ann Arbor. on the 15th day of April, in the year one thousand nine hundred and two.

Present, Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Probate.

In the matter of the estate of Rhoda K. Boyd, deceased.

On reading and filing of the petition, duly verified, of Harriet B. Skinner, praying that administration of the estate of said deceased may be granted to herself or some other suitable person, and that appraisers and commissioners be appointed.

It is ordered, that the 14th day of May next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at said Probate Office be appointed for hearing said petition.

And it is further ordered, that a copy of this order be published three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said County of Washtenaw.
