A TEMPEST IN A TEAPOT

The suit of clothes which resulted In Thomas Kittel, of Northfield, and Charles Koch, of Ann Arbor town, airing difficulties in Justice Gibson’s court, has been recovered by Kittel, only after beginning a replevin suit against Koch, who returned the apparel. As a consequence the replevin suit was dismissed Wednesday.

The difficulty between the two men has not been settled, however, for Kittel has now brought action against Koch to compel the latter to pay him a day’s wages which he says is due him.

According to Kittel he worked for Koch a week and one day. Then he had to go Home owing to the illness of his mother. He did not return to work at time he had agreed and Koch would not give him the suit of clothes, he alleges, that he left behind him. Now that he has recovered the clothes Kittel proposes to make Koch pay him for the day which he says he worked for him, the previous week’s work being credited to Koch, who it appears boarded a horse for Kittel for that time.
