Field Was Just Airing Himself

As a result of the crusade against bicycle riding on the sidewalks C. Kingsley Field, a student was arrested by Officer Fox on Saturday. At Field's request the case was adjourned until May 2,- when the ship is expected to come in.

According to the officer, Field was riding down South Ingalls street on the sidewalk, at a merry clip, when the minion of the law rudely swooped down upon him and "hiked" him off to Justice Gibson's court, where the arrangement for the hearing of the case was set for May 2, when Field will have the wherewithal to settle matters.

It may be said for Field that his protest that he had no intention of violating the ordinance, and was just taking a little constitutional, was sincere, since when he was nabbed by the officer, he was minus his chapeau, and otherwise was in semi-negligee attire.
