Estate of Mary E. Jolly.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw ss. At a session of the Probate Court for said County of Washtenaw, held at the Probate office in the City of Ann Arbor, on the 21st day of April, in the year one thousand nine hundred and two.

Present, Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Probate.

In the matter of the estate of Mary E. Jolly, deceased.

On reading and filing the petition, duly verified of Wm. C. Jolly, praying that administration of the estate of the said deceased, may be granted to himself or some other suitable person, and appraisers and commissioners be appointed.

It is ordered that the 20th day of May next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at said Probate Office, be appointed for hearing said petition.

And it is further ordered that a copy of this order be published three consecutive weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said County of Washtenaw.

Notice to Creditors.

STATE OF MICHIGAN - County of Washtenaw--ss. Notice is hereby given, that by an order of the Probate Court for the county of Washtenaw, made on the 21st day of April, A. D. 1902 six months from that date were allowed for creditors to present their claims against the estate of Franklin L. Parker, late of said county, deceased, and that all creditors of said deceased are required to present their claims to said Probate Court, at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, for examination and allowance, on or before the 21st day of October next, and that such claims will be heard before said court on the 21st day of July, and on the 21st day of October next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each said days.
