Company Formed to Manufacture Them in Ann Arbor

Have Purchased Plant Formerly Known as the "O.K. Plant" and Will Begin at Once
Papers were filed Friday completing the organization of the Peninsular Manufacturing company, limited, with an authorized capital of $100,000.The incorporators are Judge Hatch of Grand Rapids, Charles Hurd and Ernest W. Hurd and Louis A. Pratt, of this city.
The new company has purchased the plant and established business of the Peninsular Manufacturing company, and the patents on a new sectional, knock-down book case invented by Judge Hatch.
The new company will continue and enlarge the closet business and also commence at once the manufacture of sectional bookcases.
