GLAZIER'S NEW BRASS FOUNDRY

Chelsea, Mlch., May 2- A program will be rendered at the Sisterhood supper at the Congregational church this evening.

Mrs. G. W. Palmer's Sunday school class of young ladies will give their annual social at the M. E. church May 9.

The ladies of the M. E. church expect to hold their annual flower sale in the near future. It will pay those who intend to make purchases to wait for this opportunity.

The M. C. railroad will replace their engine and boiler at the pumping house with a gasoline outfit.

The Glazier Stove Co. will build a brass foundry 25 by 30, of brick, with six furnaces each with independent flues and will be one of the most modern plants in the state.

The plasterers are at work on the bank building and the work of finishing is being pushed as fast as possible.

It is reported the work on the Boland line has been put off until fall at this end of the route.

The children of Chelsea are looking forward with the usual interest to the annual custom of hanging May baskets at the homes of their companions.
