STATE OF MICHIGAN. COUNTY OF WASHTENAW ss.  At a session of the Probate Court for said County of Washtenaw, held at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on the 21st day of April, in the year one thousand nine hundred and two.

Present, Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Mary E. Jolly, deceased.

ON reading and filing the petition, duly verified of Wm. C. Jolly, praying that the administration of the estate of the said deceased, may be granted to himself or some other suitable person, and appraisers and commissioners be appointed.

It is ordered, that the 20th day of May next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at said Probate Office be appointed for hearing said petition.

And it is further ordered, that a coy of this order be published three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said County of Washtenaw.

Notice to Creditors.

STATE OF MICHIGAN -- County of Washtenaw -- ss. Notice is hereby given, that by an order of the probate Court for the county of Washtenaw, made on the 21st day of April, AD 1902 six months from that date were allowed for creditors to present their claims against the estate of Franklin L Parker, late of said county, deceased and that all creditors of said deceased are required to present their claims to said Probate Court, at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, for examination and allowance, on or before the 21st day of October next, and that such claims will be heard before said court on the 21st day of July, and on the 21st day of October next at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each of said days.

In the matter of the estate of Rhoda R Boyd, deceased.  On reading and filling the petition, duly verified, of Harriet B Skinner, praying that administration of the estate of said deceased may be granted to herself or some other suitable person, and that appraisers and commissioners be appointed.

It is ordered, that the 14th day of May next, is at ten o'cloc, in the forenoon, at said Probate Office be appointed for hearing said petition.

And it is further ordered. that a copy of this order be published three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Argus, Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said County of Washtenaw.

Commissioners' Notice.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw.  The undersigned having been appointed by the Probate Court for said County, commissioners to receive, examine and adjust all claims and demands of all persons against the estate of Emory W Shell late of said county, deceased, hereby give notice that six months from date are allowed, by order of said Probate Court, for creditors to present their claims against the estate of said deceased, and that they will meet at Frank Taylor's store in the village of Whitmore Lake, in said County, on the 5th day of July, and on the 5th day of October next, at 10 o'clock am of each of said days, to receive and examine and adjust said claims.

Present, Willis L Watkins, Judge of Probate.  In the matter of the estate of James Boyle, deceased.

Edward Boyle, executor of the estate this day rendered to this Court in his final administration account and prays same may be examined and allowed and decree of assignment of residue of estate to follow allowance of final account.

It is ordered, that the 6th day of May next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at said Probate Office be appointed for examining said account.

And it is further ordered, that a copy of this oder be published  three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Argus-Democrat a newspaper printed and circulating in said County of Washtenaw.
