To Attend Charities Meeting

Prof. Cooley and several members of the class in sociology will attend the 27th annual meeting of the national conference of charities and corrections, which will be held in Detroit from Wednesday, May 28 to June 3. The convention will le held at the Central Methodist church.

An extraordinary interest in the coming meeting is being shown by Detroit citizens and throughout Michigan. More than 800 official delegates have been named by governors of states, mayors and from the provinces of Canada. Many woman's clubs have appointed delegates also.
